Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By transacting with MM iPhones Kenya, you agree to bound by these conditions.
1. Service Overview
MM iPhones specializes in the retail of high-quality pre-owned (Ex-UK/US) and brand-new Apple & Samsung devices. We operate both online and physically in Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Key Policies
Warranty Policy
All devices come with a standard 6-Month Warranty covering hardware defects. This excludes physical damage, water damage, or software modifications (jailbreaking).
Payment Terms
We accept M-Pesa (Buy Goods/Paybill), Bank Transfer, and Card Payments. Goods remain the property of MM iPhones until full payment is received.
Nationwide Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi and 24-hour parcel service via G4S/Wells Fargo for other regions. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Detailed Provisions
3.1 Product Condition
We are transparent about the grading of our devices. "Ex-UK" refers to pre-owned devices that have been inspected and certified. While they may have minor cosmetic signs of use, they are 100% functional. Battery health for used devices is guaranteed to be 85% or higher unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Lipa Pole Pole (Installments)
Installment plans are facilitated through our financing partners. A minimum deposit of 40% is required to collect the device, or full payment must be completed before collection, depending on the specific agreement selected. Defaulting on payments may lead to device locking or repossession as per the lender's terms.
3.3 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the device has a functional defect. Cash refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection. We do not refund for "change of mind." Swaps are allowed for devices of equal or higher value.
3.4 Limitation of Liability
MM iPhones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data. We recommend regular backups.
